What ESPA is
The easyJet Switzerland Pilots' Association (ESPA) was founded following the launch of easyJet Switzerland SA in 1999. In 2005, ESPA established a collaboration agreement with the British Airline Pilots' Association (BALPA) which represents the pilots employed by easyJet plc.
ESPA's aims
The aims of the ESPA are as follows (not in order of priority): • Safeguarding and defending the general interests of the pilots employed by easyJet Switzerland SA. • Contributing to an orderly, efficient and safe flight operation within easyJet Switzerland SA. • Preserving and improving the working conditions and benefits of the pilots employed by easyJet Switzerland SA. • Establishing and maintaining of collaborative relationships both with associations representing other employees of easyJet Switzerland SA and with other airlines’ pilot associations. • Representing and supporting its members in matters of unionized actions, working law disputes and unemployment assistance. |
